SF Recruitment have recently partnered with a fantastic organisation within the local government sector. My client has a fantastic opportunity for an experience HR Business Partner to join their team. The roles main focus is recruitment, promoting the brandand finding the best ways to attract candidates to their roles, along with generalist HR - including ER, restructures, and organisation design. Salary: £52571 - £55801 Hybrid working Role - Design and implement retention strategies to engage and motivate - Utilise data to identify trends and potential issues concerning workforce and recommend innovative solutions - Producing management information relating to vacant posts/ pipeline and leavers - Managing a small team of Resourcing Specialists - Lead the end to end executive recruitment process - You may be required on occasion to deal with ER matters, including disciplinary and grievances Required - Experience of working as a Senior Recruiter Manager - Experience of managing recruitment campaigns and using innovative methods to recruit hard to fill roles - Experience of using social media channels to promote employer brand - Preferrably generalist HR knowledge
