An EXCEPTIONAL opportunity has become available for a registered manager to oversee the day to day running of a homely service for adults with learning disabilities in the OLDBURY/SMETHWICK area.You will become a key member of the management team for an established and well-respected care provider who has a great reputation with CQC.Employed on a full-time basis, you will oversee the day to day running of an established and well respected residential setting for adults with learning disabilities, ensuring independence and dignity is promoted through the delivery of person-centred careand support.Managing and securing referrals, delivering care in line with both company and CQC guidelines, staff management and training, plus recruitment and finance management will all form a crucial part of your managerial role.This is the perfect opportunity for a driven, passionate and motivated manager who can demonstrate a wealth of experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours in residential care settings.To be considered for this role, you must:* Hold a relevant care management qualification* Have excellent knowledge of CQC and the KLOEs* Hold a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle* Have experience of managing residential care settings for adults with learning disabilities and complex behaviours* Demonstrate flexibility oversee on call requirements and attend external meetingsIn return for your extensive skills, qualifications and experience, you will receive a generous salary up to £34000 D.O.E, competitive annual leave allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays, as well as continued training and development and access to career progressionopportunities.
