We are currently recruiting for Recruitment Administrator to join our expanding team based in our Birmingham office, to support the Managing Directors and Consultants in the office. Initially this role is part-time permanent contract. We are an education recruitmentspecialist providing teaching and support staff to schools across the West Midlands.Duties include:Data input regularly to our CRMGeneral admin support to the sales teamDealing with incoming telephone callsResponding to online enquiriesProcessing DBS checksConducting pre-employment checksManaging a task list of administrative dutiesPayroll administration -chasing outstanding timesheets and dealing with payroll queriesGeneral Office supportPA duties to the DirectorsWe are looking for an organised and hard working individual who can multitask. We pride ourselves on safeguarding and ensuring the staff we send to schools are thoroughly checked, you will pay a major part in clearing candidates before they start work andneed to have a good eye for detail.
