One of these opportunities is a Principal Childcare Lawyer, which would be well-suited to an experienced Solicitor or Barrister.As Principal Childcare Lawyer, you will manage a busy caseload and advise client departments on complex issues concerning Childcare Law. You will also act as in house counsel in such matters, providing expert legal advice as required. We will also continueto utilise outside counsel for advice and representation where appropriate.We’re proud of our family friendly working policy which allows for flexible working. This position allows for hybrid working with a significant remote working component.
