* Paint Process Engineer* Full time, Permanent* Salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annumPaint Process Engineer Ideal Salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annum 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday Oldbury area Our client is a leading tier 1 manufacturer within the automotive sector supplying to customers globally. The work on site is precision manufacturing work with different processes to produce their finished product which includes Forging, Forming, CNC Machining,Heat Treatment, specialist coatings and paint applications.The Ideal candidate will be someone whos meticulous when it comes to creating and completing process documentation including PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows and SOPs. As this role is part of the engineering department it is an independent role, but youwill of course have daily interactions with shopfloor staff, Team leaders, Maintenance dept, Quality Dept. etc.Key skills needed: * Experienced as a finishing process engineer/paint process engineer* Experienced with problem solving, and project planning.* Able to use 2D/3D design packages such as AutoCAD to produce layout drawings.* Solid understanding of the fundamentals of finishing process including painting.* Able to use project management tools to produce program plans for both internal and external useBenefits * Career progression within growing business* Enrolment into the companys healthcare scheme upon successful completion of your probationary period.* Life Insurance* 22 days holiday + banks* Company Pension Scheme 8% (Employer 3% & Employee 5%)* Parking at site
