Job Description

As a Office Manager you will be play a lead part in the success of the sales support and admin team. You will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office and ensure that both teams are managed effectively in order to hit KPI and SLA targets.Client DetailsDynamic and innovative engineering solutions provider.   1. Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales support team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations.
  2. Sales Operations:
    • Oversee the sales order processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to engineering specifications.
    • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless communication and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  3. Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring seamless logistics.
  4. Process Optimisation:
    • Continuously evaluate and enhance sales and order processing procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and improve overall operational work flow.
  5. Administrative Management:
    • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Ensure a well-organised and efficient working environment.
  6. Office Efficiency:
    • Implement and maintain efficient filing and documentation systems.
    • Streamline office processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
ProfileThe ideal Office Manager will have:
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with the engineering industry is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Pro-active and hard working attitude.
