The post holder will work alongside the 111 management & HR team to effectively use and implement processes in a consistentway, together with identifying areas of improvement to support the business in monitoring and reducing absence levels.Main duties of the jobThe purpose of this role is to lead on reducing employee absenteeism to acceptable levels across the 111 division and develop a positive culture around attendance management. The post holder will work alongside 111 management and Human Resources to enableeffective use and implementation of policies and procedures whilst developing consistency across the 111 teams.
