Job Description

We are partnered with DHU Healthcare recruiting for permanent 111 Health Advisors to work within their NHS 111 Services at their office based in Oldbury.Please find below the address for their sites:

  • Oldbury - Birchfield House, Joseph Street, Oldbury, B692AQ - open 24 hours
As a 111 Health Advisor, you will be answering inbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals in need of medical advice by directing them to the most appropriate urgent care. You will be responsible to ensure that all calls are answeredpromptly, accurately, and professionally in line with the performance standards. I have attached a full job description for you to look over.Please find the below pay rates for your record:
  • £10.00 per hour basic
  • £11.30 - enhanced rate weekday evenings/overnights
  • £12.50 - enhanced rate weekends

Please email me your digitally completed form ASAP so we can get you booked for assessment.If your CV and application is of interest you will be invited to a Literacy and Listening Assessment via video call, if you pass this stage you will proceed to a virtual interview.If successful at interview you will be required to complete their pathways training on site:
  • Week 1 to 3 - classroom based (more structured 9-5 hours)
  • Week 4 to 6 - coaching on site, you will be required either day time or out of hours for supervised practice.
