You will provide proactive and professional clinical management and leadership in the NHS 111 call centres under the guidance of the NHS 111 Nurse/Clinical Site ManagerYou will monitor, manage, support and coach the teams within the call centres to ensure clinical efficiency, quality and safety of the service at all times. • Professionally registered General Nurse / Paramedic / Pharmacist
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Evidence of post registration clinical development
• IT qualifications preferred
• Accredited NHS Pathways user
• Accredited NHS Pathways Coach preferred
