With the way the UK is exporting and importing goods changing rapidly due to our new relationship with the EU and the rest of the world, a new role has been created to support and coordinate these changes.The company is part of a group of companies with locations in over 50 countries around the world.Their West Midlands based business is the market leader in their industry.You will have a strong background in import and export and be familiar with documentation and regulations (although these are rapidly changing)This role will provide you with the springboard to hit the ground running and support the business Brexit strategy promoting the importance of international trade and customs compliance.You will be an excellent communicator and highly organised, must be able to work under pressure and within tight timescales.You will be methodical and analytical in your approach, and if you have used SAP this would definitely set you in good stead!You must have import and export experience to be considered for this role, as the business really do need you to be able to hit the ground running.So if you are familiar with EUR1, C1207N, C88 and E2, and HMRC regulations, have had previous experience of a similar role for a manufacturing/engineering business then I would love to hear from you.The company will offer a real opportunity to build your career in a market leading business, along with a competitive salary and excellent benefits that include 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, a great pension scheme.Working hours 35 hours per week (early finish on a Friday)08:30 - 16:30 - M-T08:30 - 13:30 -FImmediate start available Required skills
