Job Description

Asset Surveyor - Social Housing - About The Client:Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a large national housing association who are looking to appoint an Asset Surveyor for an initial six months based in West Midlands.Asset Surveyor - Social Housing - About The Role:

  • Monitor progress of scheduled Cyclical and Planned programmes ensuring that work is completed in line with Legislation and Regulatory requirements, meeting the standards of our clients and most importantly to the expectation and satisfaction of the tenants.
  • Assess the technical standard of completed works ensuring that works meet the expectations of the housing association and our Clients.
  • Monitor contractor performance on site, complete pre-post inspections of completed packages, attend contractual meetings and proactively work in Partnership with External and Internal Contractors.
Asset Surveyor - Social Housing - What You Need:
  • Experience of delivering planned works programmes, Roofs, Kitchens, Bathrooms, door and window replacements. Project Planning, programming and Monitoring
  • A relevant building / maintenance qualification /(HNC) or working towards
  • Ability to use ICT databases and asset management databases.
