Job Description

An Accounts Assistant is sought to manage daily financial tasks within the property industry. The position will entail undertaking administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the Accounting & Finance department.Client DetailsThe organisation is a medium-sized property company based in Oldbury.   • Manage daily transactions, including expenses, invoices, and payroll.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly/annual financial accounts.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business goals.
  • Assist in the creation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Participate in internal audits, and cooperate with external auditors.
ProfileA successful Accounts Assistant should have:
  • A qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
