Were recruiting a Team Coordinator to help with the day to day management of our national pool of friendly, checked and trusted school caretakers. They will be responsible for onboarding new caretakers as well as maintaining up to date records of H&S training and availability.You will need experience working in fast-paced office environments but no related resourcing/HR background is necessary. We need someone proactive and energetic who will throw themselves into an exciting new role which they can carve out for themselves.We are hoping to recruit a full-time employee however for the right candidate we could look at school term time only and/or flexible hours.The majority of work will be undertaken from Oakham, LE15 8RE. There may be flexibility to do some working from home in the future once the new starter has settled in and is more familiar with the company and our processes. Working from home will require a landline or strong mobile signal.
