Job Description

Were recruiting a Team Coordinator to help with the day to day management of our national pool of friendly, checked and trusted school caretakers. They will be responsible for onboarding new caretakers as well as maintaining up to date records of H&S training and availability.You will need experience working in fast-paced office environments but no related resourcing/HR background is necessary. We need someone proactive and energetic who will throw themselves into an exciting new role which they can carve out for themselves.We are hoping to recruit a full-time employee however for the right candidate we could look at school term time only and/or flexible hours.The majority of work will be undertaken from Oakham, LE15 8RE. There may be flexibility to do some working from home in the future once the new starter has settled in and is more familiar with the company and our processes. Working from home will require a landline or strong mobile signal.

  • Impeccable organisation to maintain and update multiple sets of information ongoing.
  • Initiative to create and develop processes in collaboration with the MD.
  • The CompanyTIB Services provides facilities and maintenance services primarily to schools and educational settings and also to care homes, sheltered housing and other clients.Our core area of work is supplying relief/temp caretaker and site manager cover to schools whilst they are recruiting or during staff absence (usually long term sick). Due to the pandemic there are a huge number of schools suffering site staff shortages at a time when they most need site support to keep schools safe, secure and open for pupils and staff.Providing these services we have a pool of over 1,200 retired police officers dispersed relatively evenly around the UK and grouped around population centres.Before being placed in a school for the first time we undertake thorough vetting including gathering of documents, references and an Enhanced DBS (CRB) check.We urgently need to recruit 1-2 additional employees to keep up with the new levels of demand and to improve the service and grow the company.
