Job Description

Brook Street are thrilled to be working with an established Global Engineering company to assist with recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their busy Sales Team.Benefits:

  • You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the procurement chains to ensure maximum effectiveness. Ensuring attention is taking to factory loading and scheduling, considering stock and complete focus on order fulfilment.
  • You will be the link between the Customer, Sales, Purchasing and the UK Factory.
  • You will be responsible for managing and reviewing Data in the SAP system proactively ensuring the data is a true representation of customers requirements.
  • Have excellent communication skills, which are essential in both understanding and relaying of information and requirements of sales to the production staff/key stakeholders in the business as well and in responding to key stakeholders.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work without supervision
  • Flexible and good team player
  • Computer skills, concentrating on Microsoft Excel in particular.
  • Possess an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail, customer-focus driven.
  • Have excellent key stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in planning production, purchasing administration or production control would be advantageous
  • SAP / (4HANA) system experience
