Job Description

Job Title: Senior Structural TechnicianOffice Location: Oakham, LeicestershireSalary: Up to £32,000An opportunity has arisen for a Structural CAD Technician to join a specialist consultancy in Oakham, working closely with the engineering team to produce structural drawings & designs.The organisation is a Structural Design consultancy, providing design, analysis & façade services to a broad range of clients.Candidate Specification:

  • HNC / HND in Civil Engineering;
  • Experience of working within structural engineering design;
  • 5+ years industry experience;
  • Proficient with AutoCAD & ideally Revit;
  • Working experience with masonry, timber, steel & concrete;
  • Good communication & analytical skills;
  • Driving licence and access to a car.
    • If successful, you will work closely with the Structural Engineers to detail & model a range of building structures projects across the region, whilst also assisting in mentoring and developing more junior staff.
