Job Description

Our clients, well-respected Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their busy team in Oakham. The ideal applicant will need to have experience and a proven track record in Sales/Lettings valuations and strong management skills.Working hours of a Sales Manager:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Alternate Saturdays
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:
  • Up to £22,500 basic
  • £45,000 OTE first year
  • £52,000 OTE second year
  • Company car or car allowance
  • Full support from the Director
  • Additional benefits
Our clients are looking for a Sales Manager who has the following attributes:
  • Fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales/lettings
  • Drive and determination
  • Genuine interest in people and helping them on their journey
  • Great work ethic
  • Full UK driving license
  • Great customer service skills
Key tasks of a Sales Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
  • Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
  • Have a good knowledge of your local market developing a reputation for being an expert in your field
  • Work closely with your team
  • Winning valuations in both Sales & Lettings
  • Progressing sales to completion
  • Leading by example
