We are offering the opportunity to base yourself within one of our beautiful Residential Homes and to travel to our Head Office routinely. The role will enable you to work closely inpartnership with our Managers to develop important key relationships, and provideguidance as required.Do you have experience in supporting stakeholders to manage absence and welfarePerhaps you have been hands on in tackling absence related issues, supporting employees with their welfare and utilising an employee engagement programme previously. Experience in supporting with occupational health referrals is essential, together withan understanding of how short term absence can impact within the business.About you! If you have previous HR experience, perhaps as aHR Adminor HR Officer, then this may just be the opportunity you are looking for! A minimum of one years hands on, practical experience within an HR capacity is essential.
