Job Description

Hours: 31.22 average hour per week working on a 3-week rota.Salary: £8.91 per hourWe have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused and experienced fitness instructor who can play a key role within the fitness team at our first-class sports centre at Uppingham SchoolThe Fitness Instructor will provide all visitors with a friendly and positive experience, through delivering excellent customer service, and providing support and advice in achieving their fitness goals.Fitness Instructor Responsibilities:

  1. Making sure the Fitness Studio is kept safe, clean and tidy at all times for our members and pupils to use in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. To deliver high levels of service in customer care to our members and pupils.
  3. To supervise pupils and members to ensure their safety.
  4. To create fitness programs for pupils and members.
  5. To deliver Group Exercise Sessions to groups of pupils as and when required.
