Working within the Community Support Services, you will get the opportunity to experience the roles within our MiCare set up supporting a wide range of service users, and will also have the opportunity to work in both Supported Living and Day Opportunities. Some evening and weekend work is required to meet the needs of the Community Support Service. Due to the nature of the role, some elements of physical work such as moving and handling and delivering personal care will be required.A high level of motivation, enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude are key qualities for this post. In return, we can offer you a comprehensive induction and a tailored training plan, with support to undertake the QCF Diploma and Level 2 Health and Social Care qualifications if you do not already hold these.The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
