Role: Commercial Manager - Alternators Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 basic, annual bonus, pension 5%, car/car allowance Location: East Midlands Based with Global coverageCommercial Manager - Alternators:This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading global manufacturer of Alternators. The role has full responsibility for the sales function of the UK business, with global responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an agreed global sales strategy, to include consistent and well managed sales processes. The role will manage global accounts, international business development and manage the sales team.You will place a strong emphasis on the coaching and development of your sales force, ensuring they are motivated and fully focussed on delivering maximum revenue, through a combination of effective portfolio and territory management.
