Job Description

Administrator / Administration Assistant with excellent communication skills, who is motivated with a keen eye for detail and accuracy is required for a Corporate and Executive Support Team based in Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands.SALARY: £19,650 - £20,043 per annum + BenefitsLOCATION: Oakham, Rutland, East MidlandsJOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent OR 12 Month Fixed Term ContractWORKING HOURS: 37 hours per weekPlease note: There are 2 position available. One permanent and one fixed term for up to 12 months. Please indicate which position you are interested in, in your applicationJOB OVERVIEWAre you looking for a new challenge Do you have a can do attitude to provide administrative supportWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administration Assistantwith excellent communication skills, who is motivated with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Working as an Administrator / Administration Assistant your main role with be providing administrative support to corporate projects.As the Administrator / Administration Assistant customer service is at the heart of what you do, so a positive, friendly attitude is essential.DUTIESYour duties and responsibilities asAdministrator / Administration Assistant will include:

  • Reformatting documents and cover for the post & reprographics service
  • Support a variety of teams with day to day administration duties including correspondence, diary management, arranging meetings and room booking
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, service users and partners who are seeking support and advice
  • Assist with the collation and monitoring of information, data processing and production of reports as appropriate to the service area
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Good standard of education including English and Mathematics
  • A motivated individual, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • A strong communicator able to relate to a wide range of people in the community
  • Good IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and bespoke databases
  • Excellent customer service is at the heart of what you do, so a positive, friendly attitude is essential
  • Able to balance an ever changing workload, whilst keeping to deadlines
