Job Title:VideographerJob Type:Media and CreativeLocation:NuneatonHours:37.5Salary:£Competitive pus company benefitsThe RoleWere looking for an innovative, creative, hands on Videographer to join our retail communications team!In retail communications, everything we do is for our colleagues across our Holland & Barrett stores in the UK & Ireland and video is one of our favourite ways to inform, engage and support them. We produce all kind of video content from new product launches to virtual conferences and everything in between. Your role will help us take our video capability to the next level and produce exceptional quality video that leaves colleagues feeling engaged and excited, no matter what the content!As Retail Videographer, you will:

  • Lead on all video and internal social media activity within the retail communications function.
  • Produce high quality videos that excite and engage colleagues.
  • Work with key stakeholders to plan, arrange and execute filming in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable and excited for their project to be captured on video.
  • Comprehensively edit video content together into the final output to be shared with colleagues across the business.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, brands and suppliers, securing regular funding to produce videos that engage colleagues in their products and activities.
  • Own the video production plan, in conjunction with the wider communication team plan, supporting key business activity.
  • Be responsible for producing memorable content for various offsite events and projects across the business such as quarterly briefs, virtual conferences, retail events and more.
  • Ensure the brand values and tone of voice are adhered to in all communication.
  • Continually identify new ways of innovating, with new technologies, techniques and improving the way we communicate digitally.
  • Utilise our colleague social platforms to generate new interesting content, graphics and imagery to support key communications and engage colleagues in our plans.
  • Own the colleague social elements of the master communications plan, as part of this roles key aim to engage colleagues digitally.
  • Support the wider communication function with communications, design and content when required.

  • Proactive and reactive and work under pressure to short deadlines
  • Engage with colleagues at all levels including Executive Management
  • Must be fully competent in Adobe design suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier)
  • Must be fully competent in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must have design & video editing capability.
  • Must be confident with basic studio technology (recording equipment)
  • Experience working with colleague internal social media desired
  • Sound and event production skills desired
