Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our client’s Alfa Romeo & Jeep dealership in Nuneaton.The CompanyOur client has been established for over 50 years and have 5 brands (Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Peugeot) across 3 locations in Nuneaton and Hinckley. They are consistently among the highest performing dealers in the FCA and PSA networks. They also sell a huge variety of used vehicles and carry extensive stock.The RoleAs Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will be working to manufacturer and Company servicing and repair standards, to achieve consistently high levels of customer satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Vehicle repairs and servicing
  • Diagnostics
  • MOT testing
  • Highlighting up-selling opportunities
  • Completing work in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working as part of a team
  • Striving to deliver a first-class customer experience
    • About YouFor the role of Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will need to have or be:
  • FCA brand experience (ideally)
  • Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 minimum
  • MOT tester would be an advantage
  • Clean driving licence
    • Hours & RewardsAs Vehicle Technician / Mechanic, you will work from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with a half hour unpaid lunch break, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota basis from 8.30am to 12pm.For the role of Vehicle Technician / Mechanic you will receive:
  • Salary of £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending upon experience
