Technical Sales - Engineering,Nuneaton, £29,000 - £35,000 per annum + Benefits Have you got an Engineering degree or passion for technical manufacturingAre you a Mechanical Technician or Field Installation Engineer seeking a role in SalesIf youve answered yes to either of those questions, this role could be for you…CompanyOur client is a rapidly growing manufacturing company who are looking to recruit a Technical Salesperson to join their team.Role ProfileWe are looking for someone enthusiastic and dynamic to join our clients internal sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical advice and sales support to customers. You will be developing relationships with key customers,provide technical product advice and ensure the successful delivery of products.Key Accountabilities

  • Provide back office technical and commercial support to Key Account Managers, Regional and Sector Sales Colleagues
  • Act as the focal point between external sales and production whilst co-ordinating customer projects and product requirements from enquiry to delivery
  • Be the first point of contact for new customers and produce follow ups to quotations
  • Give information to customers of order updates, logistics, freight costs, etc.
  • Maintain and update CRM and other systems
You will need…
  • Previous experience in an internal sales or customer service role
  • Technical degree or Commercial degree with technical experience would be ideal
  • Proven experience managing multiple tasks or overseeing projects
  • High level of organisation
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
