Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting property viewings and valuations, negotiatingsales and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The ideal candidate will have prior Estate Agency experience, be focused on the must-dos, be able to generate new business and excel in a target-driven environment.Sales and Lettings NegotiatorNuneaton, CV10 7RJ

  • Full time (including Saturdays on a rota and a day off in lieu), permanent
  • Basic salary of £24,000 per annum + Bonus
  • Uncapped Commission

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable property options.
Communication and Contact
  • Prioritise leads and maintain regular client communication.
Property Valuations
  • Conduct competitive property valuations.
  • Advise clients on pricing strategies.
Marketing and Promotion
  • Create effective property listings.
  • Utilise various marketing channels.
Property Viewings
  • Organise and conduct property viewings.
  • Provide detailed property information during viewings.
Negotiation and Sales
  • Negotiate sales terms and conditions.
  • Close deals efficiently, meeting legal requirements.
Market Research
  • Stay updated on local property market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Engage in administrative tasks when required.
The Ideal Candidate:Are you customer-focused, self-motivated, and detail-orientated Were looking for individuals with proven experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to go the extra mile.Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in property sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Estate Agency software.
  • Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-orientated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
