Brand new position - supporting one of the largest PCNs which are based across 16 sites in the Nuneaton area. You will work as a Primary Care Network Project Manager assisting and supporting the PCN.Client DetailsOne of the largest PCNs - across 16 sites in the Nuneaton area providing care for 120k patients.Description* Working to implement management structure across the PCN sites for the additional resource team members which will include Pharmacy, Care Co-Ordinators, Admin etc.* Work closely with the Clinical Directors and PCN Co-Ordinators* Assist with last minute Bids and Tenders to NHSE* Respond to and co-ordinate meetings across the PCN Practices* Organisational and project support to develop the PCN with the delivery and development of existing and new services* Fully support the PCN Board* Operational and contract management* Financial/budget management* First point of contact at the PCN for projectsProfile* Strong management skills* Confident in managing teams across multi-sites* Presentation skills* Background experience in management along with knowledge of HR, finance/budgets, premises management* PCN background would be beneficial* Working knowledge of GP surgeries would be desirable* Healthcare management an advantage but more importantly is a strong management ethos and organisational skillsJob Offer* Permanent Contract* Start ASAP* Opportunity to grow and develop in a brand new role* Salary equivalent to Band 8a (up to £54k) - to be confirmed* Multi-site management* Fantastic team -working with primary and secondary care* Full support of Clinical Directors and PCN Co-Ordinators* Based mainly in Nuneaton but working and visiting 16 sites within the PCN
