The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz.About The Team:As the HR People Partner within Operations, you will play a pivotal role at HelloFresh, bringing objectivity to the team and value to the business by working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to execute the strategic direction, drive performancethrough people and build a compelling work environment with an emphasis on engagement.You will be responsible for the overseeing the day-to-day running of the HR function at the Nuneaton site with up to seven direct reports, made up of:3 X HR Executives & 4 XHR CoordinatorsThis role is varied and involves providing ER and people management support to all people managers onsite. You will drive HR improvements by engaging with the operational team to drive the people agenda on all aspects of the employee life cycle, including absencemanagement and internal Employee relations.Primary responsibilities will be focused on building a strong collaborative relationship with the operational team at the Nuneaton site to provide an excellent employment experience for our teams. You will be based at the Nuneaton site and work closely withthe other HR Business Partners and HR leads to ensure alignment across the business and the sharing of best practice when it comes to our people.What You Will Be Doing:. Develop the People Plan for your site, driven by the Business OKRs - focusing on creating the best experience for all our employees from ensuring the onboarding experience and the employee journey is a success. Develop, review and improve current processes within the People Team. Oversee our weekly pay review process ensuring secure, accurate and timely pay and reviews.. Develop solutions, improve processes and implement new policies in partnership with the Senior HR Business Partner and business stakeholders to address priority business needs.. Resolve complex employee relations issues, support and advise managers on HR related issues & policies.. Providing day to day performance management guidance, ranging from appraisals, to career development through to coaching and talent succession.. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.. Lead, motivate and engage the on site HR Team.. Accountable for the coaching and development of the entire onsite HR team including HR Coordinator and Executive team members.. Take actions to improve our employee engagement score, which we measure annually and through regular pulse surveys. Role model and act key sponsor to our Happiness Survey Action Plan, engaging other leaders to . take action to improve our business and deliverchanges through their team.. Provide guidance to team members regarding employment issues in such areas as policy and procedure interpretation/application, coaching and corrective action, leaves of absence, development plans and terminations.. Review skills and develop the capability plan for their team and responsible for coaching and mentoring Executives and Coordinators.Create PDPs for each member of the team.Who You Are:. Bachelors or Masters degree with excellent academic record in HR / People Management, Business, Psychology or another related field of study. Ideally CIPD qualified to an Associate level (level 5) (or working towards).. A natural people person with great communication and interpersonal skills.. Self-starter with a can-do attitude, and confident working with stakeholders on all levels.. Strong experience in recruitment, selection, planning, developing and implementing HR projects across a wide range of initiatives.. You are a strong and inspiring people manager.. You have strong project management skills.. You have extensive experience of managing complex ER cases and change projects. You have experience of developing the People Plan for your client group, as well as developing Engagement strategies.To be successful in this role you should:. Feel at home in a fast-paced and demanding startup environment, that develops and changes quickly every day. Have worked in an Operational, Production, Retail or a Warehouse environment. Take ownership and act autonomously while working effectively with the entire HR team, leveraging your collaborative strengths. Be an expert communicator with high emotional intelligence. Come with strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver hands-on and pragmatic solutions in a constantly changing environment. Have strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and projects at once. Be Comfortable in leading and guiding a team to success.
