Job Description

Office Manager £30,000/annumCV10, Nuneaton. WarwickshireNomad HR & RecruitmentThe Office Manager will provide a full range of administrative support to the business, including HR procedures and will also be responsible for the checking of Health & Safety practices ensuring full legal compliance and adherence to best practice and protocols.Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools, presentation tools data spreadsheets (PowerPoint, excel, word, outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and capable of building and maintaining relationships with peers and senior management team whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
  • Has the capacity and capability to oversee and supervise the administration colleague group. Hold supervisory space each month and work to achieve agreed set objectives and ensure that all administrative staff have annual appraisals.
  • To support the director group with preparation of information, data and delivery of a variety of communication or meetings as might be required.
  • Leading the day-to-day HR people group requirements of our community, liaising and working with our external HR Business Partner as our single point of people group HR contact.
  • Ensuring that information advice and guidance provided by our external HR partner is followed precisely and that all necessary supporting documentation, recording and reporting is factually accurate.
  • Responsible for providing professional health and safety and environmental advice to drive a positive safety culture. This responsibility includes conducting health, safety, and environmental audits.
  • Support the drive for continual improvement in the health and safety culture across our community and our organisation and amongst our key partner groups.
Experience:
  • Experience of managing and weighting commercial hazard and or risk analysis.
  • Effective communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
  • Experienced in colleague relations, recruitment, and organisational design also definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Experienced in dealing with a diverse range of people, in a confident manner using good interpersonal and credible influencing skills.
