Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and execution of engine or vehicle development program
  • Calibration of various software functions in line with guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Dataset validation for all ambient conditions including final reporting and documentation.

  • Degree in a relevant engineering subject eg Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering; or significant relevant experience.
  • Calibration/test experience both in vehicle and or engine dyno
  • Skilled in PC based application tools such as ETAS INCA / Vector CAN tools
  • Experience of working with methods and tools for system and/or software development for embedded controls, e.g. Matlab Simulink.
  • Strong background in hybrid vehicles, combustion engine, or electric drive
  • Good collaboration, cooperation and interpersonal skills including with colleagues located remotely and internationally.
  • Good standard of written and spoken English
  • MS office skills
  • Valid driving licence
  • Able to travel locally and internationally as the required in the role, to fulfil customer requirement including test trips if required.
Knowledge of the German language is advantageous but not essential.
