Management Accountant SF Recruitment are working with a growing SME business in Nuneaton in the recruitment of an experienced Management Accountant. We are seeking a part qualified/qualified or qualified by experience management accountant to join a team of 5. Hybrid working after initial onboarding/training Study Support Private Healthcare Bonus 7.5% Pension Life Assurance x 4 Hours 9-5 Reporting to the Finance Manager, key duties will include: o Run period end reports and routines. o Prepare period end journals ( accruals, prepayments, Depreciation, PAYE, etc.) o Preparation and distribution of monthly KPI reports (stock turns, debtor days etc.) o Review and sign-off monthly bank reconciliations o Preparation of monthly financial statements (Income statement, balance sheet and cashflow forecast) and detail of key variances MTD and YTD o Maintain Fixed Asset Register and depreciation calculations. o Balance sheet reconciliations. o Prepare budget to actual variance analysis reports for budget owners o Support the budgeting process by rolling forward all budget packs and uploading the information to the budget file for review o Preparing margin analysis - for budgeting, price rise and promotions decision making process.
