Job Description

Were looking for a Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team in Nuneaton. Are you passionate about moving things forward, being hands-on to find solutions, and supporting a team that crafts quality dairy productsHere at our Nuneaton site, we package and cut our cheese ready for distribution across the UK! Our other sites manufacture the products such as Cathedral City, Clover and Frylight!How you will make contributions that matter...

  • Designing & managing the maintenance planning strategy across the site, in order to ensure maximum efficiency of equipment, whilst meeting operational requirements..
  • Working closely with maintenance engineers & electricians, Automation/OT Specialists, Asset Care Team and Capital Projects.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of condition monitoring.
  • Responsible for maintenance prioritisation of plant equipment.
  • Gaining approval from senior management team to make changes to PPM systems.
  • Responsible for forging close working alliance with the operations team to deliver CI agenda and reduction in unplanned stops.
You are best suited for the role if you have
  • Engineering qualifications - HND/HNC or Degree educated.
  • Experienced in managing a team of engineers.
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and planning skills.
  • Demonstrated decision making skills
