Job Description

LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / PROPERTY MANAGER.A Lettings Negotiator/Property Manager is now required for a well established independent Estate Agent which has been in business for over 25 years. The company offers high quality marketing with a professional and friendly manner.Market-leaders in residential lettings, property management and sales, the company are now seeking to appoint a residential Lettings/Property Manager to join their team. Knowledge/experience in lettings is essential, experience in property sales would beadvantageous.They provide a comprehensive range of services and enjoy an excellent reputation in property managementSome Essential criteria;

  • A minimum of 2 years experience
  • Attend viewings
  • Tenancy Agreements
  • Dealing with Enquiries
  • Inventories
  • Liaise with Landlords/Tenants
  • Invoices
  • Compliant with current legislation
