Job Description

About The Team:We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated detail-oriented Inventory Manager to manage a high-performing team at our Nuneaton site. A role that will challenge you but also enable you to make the necessary improvements to drive KPI target objectivesby leading the way in global standards through a data-driven and customer-centric team!What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage 3 direct reports of Inventory Leads and a wider team of 30 Inventory Coordinators/Stock Controllers
  • Responsible and accountable for ingredients availability in line with production requirements
  • Target drive and attend daily production and Inventory team meetings to review KPIs such as SQDCPE
  • Manage and control waste and stock accuracy within the warehouse
  • Ensure stock is audited and ensure zero risk for contamination and stock mix-up is managed within your team
  • Collaboratively work with key stakeholders and global teams, to drive internal operational improvement
  • Ensure SOPs are in place for tasks carried out by the team at all levels
Who You Are:
  • Over 2 years experience working in a supply chain Inventory management position
  • Experience working in an FMCG environment
  • Experience with working with external suppliers and managing internal stakeholders and able comfortably communicate with senior management on and off site
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, WMS, MRP )
