Are you a HR professional with a passion for making a positive impact Empowered Personnel is recruiting for a HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise in a part-time, permanent role, maintaining the perfect work-life balance.Position: HR Advisor (Part-Time) Employment Type: Permanent Working Hours:• Wednesday: 11:45 AM - 3:00 PM• Thursday & Friday: 7 hours between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM• Flexibility required for training, which may be scheduled on Monday and Tuesday.Key Responsibilities: Professional Advice and Support: - Provide expert advice and support to coach managers across the organisation on HR matters, including disciplinarian, employee management, grievances, performance management, absence management, capability and attendance reviews, probation reviews, employeelaw, HR policy compliance, and HR processes - Reviewing policies and implementing procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.Payroll Oversight: - Collate and actively participate in processing payroll, mileage and expenses across the organisation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.Recruitment Leadership: - Take the lead in actively recruiting for vacancies across the organisation, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and contributing to the growth and success of the team - Screening candidates and coordinating the interview process and selection process.- Writing compelling adverts to attract top talent- Issuing offer letters and contracts of employment, as well as rejection letters when necessary.- Liaising with department managers to understand and address recruitment requirements.Why choose working for our client:- Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of part-time hours and flexible start and finish times on Thursday and Friday.
