EXPERIENCED FRYER REQUIREDWe are recruiting for a Fryer to join this growing business based in Nuneaton, the successful candidate will be working within a small, diligent team to create high quality products and ensure production deadlines are met.Working days - Overtime availableThe ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to show initiative and will be confident in their ability to take direction and efficiently work with others.Our client promotes a supportive culture in which everyone contributes to moving the business forward, and therefore additional duties may be required to fulfil business requirements.Duties: * Tending to onsite machines which wash, slice, fry, and flavour the potatoes* Adjusts burner controls to maintain specified temperature in cooking vats* Turns valves to rinse potato slices, and moves levers to control rate of flow of potato slices into cooking vats* Observes colour of cooked potato chips as they emerge onto conveyors from cooking vats* Work efficiently within a team of fryers and production operatives Person specification:* Ideally previous experience within a similar role * Food and drink industry experience would be beneficial* Previous manufacturing environment experience is essential* Awareness of health and safety Required skills
