Job Description

Fleet Compliance ManagerYou will join us as Fleet Risk and Compliance Manager and will support the account team, working for the Account Manager, in the management of the UTL and Sky partnership. The Risk and Compliance Manager will provide sound commercial support to thefleet teamspecifically in the area of Risk Management, reporting on identified risks and highlighting areas for improvement. The purpose of this role is to ensure integrity of the UTL/Sky business through adherence to UTLs Risk Management process and to ensure key initiatives are delivered in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Working alongside the other Account Support Managers, this role will focus specifically on:

  • Leading the Fleet Risk and Compliance team with line management responsibility for 2 safety and data analysts. Utilising a cloud based telematics and dash cam system to reduce risk and ensure compliance with regulations across a 4,000 strong van fleet.
  • Liaising with drivers managers to lead accident investigations.
  • Managing the relationship with insurance company representatives for claim purposes.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of telematic partner performance against success criteria.
  • Working with Fleet stakeholders to actively monitor, promote and encourage good driving behaviours and reduce risk.
    • Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills including Google Apps, Cloud based telematic systems and vehicle insurance claims.
  • Experience in a customer focussed role.
  • Project management experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Van Excellence accreditation programme and DVSA regulations.
