Job Description

About The Team:No two days are the same working within the Facilities & Maintenance team!   • Develop and implement facility policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Manage asset inventory and maintenance schedules, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building equipment, using the CMMS system.
  • Oversee site security, fire safety, and emergency response plans.
  • Coordinate and manage facility renovations, upgrades, and repairs.
  • Lead and coach a small team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facilities to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify any defects that arise whilst completing the PPMs and undertake rectifications, including recording of actions taken within the maintenance manual and CMMS system
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plant and equipment and record completed PPMs within theCMMS system
Who You Are:
  • Previous experience working within a facilities team in the FMCG sector
  • You will have the ability to work alone and work methodically to fault find
  • Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly and think independently
  • Previous experience using a CMMS system
