This is a great opportunity for someone with corporate marketing/events experience looking to step into their next role within a supportive, and friendly team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Events & CRM ExecutiveThe Events and CRM Executive will be a key player in coordinating successful events and contributing to our marketing strategy.Key tasks will include the following: Planning, booking and fully organising all internal and external events (i.e. trade shows, conferences, webinars etc.) both in the UK and Overseas. Working with the Digital Content Manager on stand designs and event promotion materials including portal information, e-shots, flyers, laminates etc. Attending events (where possible) to ensure smooth set-up and pack-up of equipment and to provide photography and intel for marketing purposes Analysing and measuring event performance data Managing the company CRM system (Workbooks), ensuring data is clean and the system is consistently optimised Developing, scheduling, coordinating and measuring targeted marketing campaigns for domestic and international markets through our CRM Developing and executing specific marketing campaigns and strategies to support worldwide company distributors, and assist with the growth of our export markets, including the U.S. Identifying and collating potential leads from industry emails, press releases, trade magazines etc. and sending them to the rest of the Sales & Marketing team to follow-upPERSON SPECIFICATION: Events & CRM ExecutiveThe ideal candidate would have: Marketing / events experience CRM experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel A collaborative, team-player attitude Experience with design packages such as PhotoShop and InDesign (advantageous, but not essential) The ability to build strong professional relationships and communicate effectively with external agencies and internal colleaguesTHE COMPANY:We are the UKs leading manufacturer and designer of intelligent cash handling solutions.
