Vacancy ProfileJob Title: Bench Fitter/ DeburrerLocation: Nuneaton / WarwickshireWorking hours: Day shiftSalary: Up to £11.00 P/ hrThe Role:A job for a skilled Bench fitter/ Deburrer has become available at a well-established precision engineering company. This client design and manufacture products predominantly for the Aerospace sectors.The role will involve visually inspecting finished components to ensure they are free from damage and burrs etc and comply with client specifications.You will be required to follow Works Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures to successfully complete any deburring, polishing, finishing, fettling or re-working the components.The role is a Day shift position, Monday to Thursday from 7.30am to 4.30pm and Fridays from 7.30am to 1.30pm.The Candidate:The ideal candidate will have previous Deburring experience within the aerospace industry and will have a keen eye for engineering details able to identify any dinks, dents, bruising, burrs, scratches and deformation.You will be able to use all engineering hand tools and hand power tools, such as Files, Scrapers, Emery Boards, Taps, Dies, bench grinders / polishing mops, Air Tools, and standard basic inspection equipment etc.Candidates need to be used to repetitive work where it is key to maintain high levels of concentration for long periods of time, as this is the department where components are finished to the exacting and safety critical standards required.Client Overview:The Company is an established precision engineering company that design and manufacture products within the Aerospace industry.
