We also manufacture specialised ingredients for use in the infant formula.What you’ll do at Saputo Dairy UK• To receive and validate customer claims and credit note request, ensuring that levels of accuracy and timeliness is achieved.• To identify potential and actual service issues and implement solutions in liaise with the customers and relevant internal departments. • Delivery of high standards in administration of delivery documentation and department records, in line with corporate and HMRC audit requirements.• Cover reception promoting the high standards and reputation of the site and ensure that every visitor is made to feel welcome.• To contribute to projects and initiatives within Customer Operations to continuously improve the Saputo Dairy UK supply chain. • Demonstrate and promote teamwork, always acting in unity with our corporate ethics and values.• Receive, validate and process customer sales orders within agreed timescales. • Receive, investigate and process customer claims and pro-actively resolve ongoing issues to improve service levels.• Work with team members to ensure that all administration tasks are completed.Who’s right for the role• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence and the ability to communicate at all levels of management, both within Saputo Dairy UK and the external customer base are essential.• The ability to set up spreadsheets and manipulate data is also essential.• Advanced level IT skills in MS Excel and MS Word are desirable.• The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills.What can Saputo Dairy UK do for you• Free, onsite parking• Discounted branded products• Subsidised staff restaurant• 25 Holidays + 8 bank holidays pro rata• Discounted rates at Nuffield Health• My Staff shop - access to exclusive benefits, free advice and savings - providing great discounts from thousands of the UKs largest retailers & service providersPlease see attached job description and Saputo Corporate Brochure.Everything begins with passion, a legacy from the Saputo family, which offered tasty and quality cheeses to its community.
