We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer.In order to fulfil the requirements of this role the individual will have experience in and be required to:Open files Dictation Communicate with clients/solicitors/Land Registry/Accountants/Estate Agents(as well as any other relevant party)Deal with exchanges Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns (SDLT)Create and amend documentationAssemble contract and auction packagesMake appointments and general diary managementAssist in the day to day running of the officeDeal with Freehold and Leasehold purchases and SalesParticipate in marketing activities to include attendance at networking eventsAttend departmental meetings and training coursesAssist all departments with internal enquiriesIt is essential for this role that you can demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism at all times and have a true understanding of the values/policies and procedures Willsons work to.We are looking for someone who is eager to go the extra mile and shows a real passion in what they do.Furthermore, it is essential that you are conversant with MS Office packages and have a competent typing speed, taking into account that accuracy is paramount!If this sounds like you then we are keen to hear from you asap!
