Job Description

An exclusive opportunity to join this highly successful & established estate agency which will offers the opportunity for career progression as they embark on their already exciting expansion plans. The right candidate will require previous experience inproperty management and support services, including conducting inspections, maintaining accurate lease data, and ensuring timely rent demands. They will prepare client reports, comply with industry codes of practice, and meet credit control targets. Additionally,they will assist with service charge budgets and reconciliations, manage client/property transitions, and identify opportunities for additional services.
