Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Business Support Analyst working alongside various Heads of Departments of a Global Freight Forwarding Company. This position is to help improve processes and systems, conducting research, analysis, solving problems, and mitigatingrisk.This is a hybrid working position however ideally someone close to their Midlands location. Working 37.5 hours per week.Varied positions dealing with: -Administration

  • Conducting data analysis and gathering information to identify potential business problems and areas for improvement
  • Providing clear and compressive data and documentations that enable decisions to be applied
  • Mapping requirements to business needs
  • Creating comprehensive documentation outlining their findings that can be understood company-wide
  • Presenting findings and creating useful reports on business impact
People Management
  • Communicating at all levels to understand potential issues and conducting observations to further investigate business processes to be reported for corrective plans to be put in place
  • Support training and coaching for business change
  • Proposing solutions to key stakeholders to enable continuous improvements and mitigating risk

  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Financial Management
  • Assist and gather information for any associated project budgeting and forecasting
There will be travel included in this position as you will be supporting within UK & Ireland.The ideal candidate should demonstrate

  • Project Management Cert/Diploma
  • Database administration (DB2/MSSS)
