Job Description

Were looking for an Asset Care Engineer to become a part of our team in Nuneaton. Are you passionate about moving things forward, being hands-on to find solutions, and supporting a team that crafts quality dairy productsHere at out Nuneaton site, we package and cut our cheese ready for distribution across the UK! Our other sites manufacture the products such as Cathedral City, Clover and Frylight!How you will make contributions that matter...

  • Improving the reliability and availability of the plant through the development of its systems, processes and procedures in line with core maintenance philosophies (predictive).
  • Analysing condition and vibration-based data to produce recommendations for improved maintenance strategies/techniques, to improve engineering reliability and reduce site costs.
  • Managing/driving the functional agenda to prioritize the activities, resources to maximize value and minimize failures, to improve asset care standards across the department and ensure that the site is compliant.
  • Driving functional engineering asset care and reliability elements across site in a cost effective manner.
  • Being responsible for the leadership, control and development of site asset care and process improvement activities in line with the companys Manufacturing Performance System (MPS).
You are best suited for the role if you are
  • Time served Apprenticeship, HNC or an engineering degree.
  • Proven experience in Engineering Practices on Maintenance Management.
  • Proficient in condition, vibration and thermal based maintenance techniques including analysis and interpretation of gathered data.
