Vickers Neal Recruitment Solutions are currently working with Willsons Solicitors based at their beautiful offices in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.We currently have an immediate vacancy for an Administrator to join this established and growing firm.This person will mainly be responsible for day-to-day Administration across all departments but will also be flexible to work on reception to cover holidays and sickness.Although both full and part time applications will be considered we do need someone that can be flexible when needs be between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. In order to fulfil the requirements of this role you will need to have experience relating to the following duties:Audio Typing-Strong experience in MS Office suiteClient facing communication.Reception duties (use to high volume calls)FilingWriting letters to clients It is imperative that the individual is super organised and incredibly accurate in their work. Ideally you will have worked for a law firm previously although we will consider applications from similar professional service backgrounds.
