Job Description

Industria Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in Nuneaton for an exciting new opportunity to join their team as an Administrator on a permanent basisAbout our client:They are a market leading company in the field of point-of-care diagnostics within healthcare, moving appropriate tests from the lab closer to the patient to better manage and treat people. This helps shorten patient pathways, improves the patient experience,and improves efficiency for doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.Key responsibilities and duties within this role will include:

  • Verify and process incoming customer orders using SAP
  • Answer incoming telephone calls acting as first point of contact for customer requests and enquires
  • Monitor company emails and respond to customer
  • Process customer payments via credit card terminal
  • Ensure customer training certificates are kept up to date
  • Administer product returns and process credit notes
  • Answer general customer enquiries relating to product range
  • Provide support to the warehouse function, picking and packing of customer orders, receiving stock and booking in stock deliveries
  • Administer and maintain new customer account information
  • Produce weekly/monthly reports to management team as requested
This may include recording employee company car mileage/RAC administration/Car hireWorking hours are Monday-Thursday 9:00-17:00 & Friday 9:00-16:00The successful candidate:
  • Forward thinking, Positive / Can Do attitude
  • Conscientious, reliable, with good attendance and timekeeping standards
  • Honest, trustworthy, able to work to an SOP unsupervised
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive mind-set and team player
  • Flexible and calm when working under pressure
  • IT literate, ideally with experience using systems, such as SAPB1, Microsoft Word/Excel
  • Ideally have demonstrable experience of working successfully within similar environment (min 2 years)
  • Possess a good standard of numeracy and literacy
  • Experience in working to tight timelines
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Planning, organising and prioritising skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic
