Job Description

Technical ManagerAn exciting position has become available for a full-time Technical Manager based in Warwickshire Nuneaton. The successful candidate will earn £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience.This is an excellent opportunity with real potential for progression.   • Proven Account Management experience.
  • Educated to GCSE level standard in English and Maths, with excellent oral and written English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience of MS Teams will be an advantage.
  • Experience in a customer focused environment.
  • People management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written).
  • A high level of customer focus with a can do attitude.
  • Highly organised and capable of working with detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Showcase efficient planning.
  • A good team player, friendly and willing to get involved.
  • Able to multi-task and deliver consistently to a high standard.

Role Responsibilities
  • Responsibility for day to day management of accounts within our Digital forensics, Cyber, Cell site and Digital Investigation departments.
  • Client engagement, creating positive working relationships with key accounts.
  • Developing and broadening existing accounts.
  • Identifying cross pollination of opportunities within the business.
  • Working with law enforcement, legal Sector and private clients.
  • Preparing and negotiating quotes and proposals.
  • Liaising with clients, internal resource and external consultants.
  • Provision of weekly/monthly reports to clients and management.
  • Handling SLAS and complaints.
  • Working with Labs, Submissions and exhibits officer to manage updates and TRTs.
  • Administrative duties within account management of clients and contracts.
  • Support day to day operations.
  • Working with other members of the team during busy times, for your role and others.
  • Forward planning for ad-hoc works.
  • Providing outreach support to the business development and sales team.
