Job Description

STOCK/INVENTORY CONTROLLERPermanent, Days (Mon-Fri)Beeston (NG9)Distribution companyupto £26k+benefits+free car parkDuties:

  • plan orders with customer in a professional manner via emails/phone
  • Processing daily reports to ensure product allocations required are on order
  • Raising PO Numbers
  • Chasing of outstanding orders
  • Upkeep of stock records, creating new and existing on the database
  • Ensuring Supplier records are kept up to date on the system
  • Updating of Trade Net selling prices
  • Scheduling of deliveries including container shipments, overseas and UK.
  • Experience of Sage 200 stock control processes would be an advantage or Excel/equivalent would be helpful
  • Excel spreadsheet experience is essential to the role.
  • Position is office based
