High Priority Site Manager Role-Permanent-Retail-Client Based In East Midlands My client are a main contractor that specialize in retail projects nationwide. They are the sole contractor for one of their main clients and are growing year on year.The Client is looking for a Permanent Site Manager due winning new accounts within the company across the retail sector. Jobs are typically fast track ranging from £50,000-£600,000k however some of the larger fit out projects can go up to £1.5. The client requires a day manager however on some occasions, the candidate will be expected to do nights.Duties will entail being the number one on site, ordering materials, completing site diaries, liaising with the client. Having strong man management skills and overseeing/liaising heavily with the sub contractors. Must have a strong main contractor/shopfitting background. The candidate must have 5+ years experience as a Site Manager and ideally comes from a trade background and has worked their way up.The client would like the candidate to to have a strong shopfitting background and have strong man management skills when it comes to liaising with the trades and sub contractor.The Candidate must have SMSTS, CSCS Gold/Black and First Aid£45,000 basis salary*Overtime rate per shift*All Mileage covered*Accommodation coveredProjects are nationwide so the Candidate MUST be prepared to travel and work away from home. Hours are 10-12 hours a day. One weekend on and one weekend off.The client will be holding telephone interviews, followed by face to face interviews asap.
