They pride themselves in providing a hassle-free vehicle rental and contract serviceto their customers nationwide. Due to experiencing accelerated growth, they are now seeking an exceptional Senior Fleet Account Managerto join their business and nurture existing relationships with their high net worth key rental clients’ accounts with a keyfocus of providing exceptional service.As Senior Fleet Account Manager:

  • Proactively engage with existing high net worth customers and retain business.
  • Responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts and nurture relationships and maximise revenue
  • Liaise with internal and external stake holders and conduct performance reviews vs metrics
  • Deal with customer issues and maintain trust and loyalty
  • Fully manage a team of Fleet Account Manager as a Senior Fleet Account Manager
  • Maintain relationships with clients for the purpose of gaining more business
  • Have full autonomy, ownership as Senior Fleet Account Manager with full company back up behind you.
  • Be a brand ambassador and increase brand awareness as a Senior Fleet Account Manager

Senior Fleet Account Manager Candidate:
  • Previous Fleet Sales Account Manager experience within the industry in ESSENTIAL
  • Proven record of managing a Team within a sales account management capacity
  • Fantastic work ethic and attitude with full flexibility
  • Do what’s right by the customer attitude
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with own diary management
  • Self-driven and motivated
